We establish all quality system related documents pursuant to the requirements of IATF 16949, and implement the quality management system based on the principle of quality maintenance and continuous improvement, thereby assuring that all products manufactured in the factory or outsourced parts and components comply with the quality requirements. Also, we exert out utmost to expand the additional values of manpower, equipment, materials, and resources, thereby satisfying the customers’ demand with the best quality at lowest cost.

In order to provide our customers with the excellent and accurate product quality, we introduce various precision measuring instruments into our production lines, including the coordinate measuring machine, etc. We have all precision measuring instruments periodically tested and calibrated by national accredited laboratories. The Quality Control Department conducts the material feeding tests and the quality control of the semi-finished and finished products in the course of manufacturing process pursuant to the plans; moreover, the QC department employs the state-of-the-art quality plans and technologies to strengthen and enhance the product qualities of the company.
